1. Welcome to SENSE!?

SENSE!? Clothing Co. ("SENSE!?", "we", "us", "our") is a premium GenZ streetwear label based in India, operating through our website wearonesense.com. By browsing, purchasing, or otherwise using our website, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Who Can Order

You must be at least 18 years old, or ordering with the consent of a parent or guardian.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at checkout — including a valid shipping address, contact number, and email.
SENSE!? reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, out-of-stock inventory).

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

All products are hand-designed and produced in limited quantities. Colours and prints may vary slightly from screen images due to lighting, monitor calibration, and the nature of garment dye/wash processes — this is not a defect.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST.
We reserve the right to change prices, run promotions, or discontinue products without prior notice.
In the rare event of a pricing error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders, Payment & Confirmation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. The contract of sale is confirmed only once we accept payment and dispatch the goods.
We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets through secure gateways (Razorpay, Stripe). SENSE!? does not store your card details.
You'll receive an order confirmation email once payment succeeds, and a shipping update with tracking once your parcel leaves our studio.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, photography, taglines, and written content on this site are the intellectual property of SENSE!? Clothing Co.
You may not reproduce, republish, resell, or commercially exploit any part of our content without prior written permission.
The SENSE!? name and logo are trademarks — please don't imitate them.

8. User Conduct

Don't use the site for anything unlawful, abusive, or harmful.
Don't attempt to breach security, scrape data, or reverse-engineer any part of the site.
Reviews and community submissions must be honest and non-defamatory. We reserve the right to remove anything otherwise.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, SENSE!? Clothing Co. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order in question.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The current version — with its "last updated" date — is always the one in effect. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised terms.
