SENSE!? Clothing Co. is a premium streetwear label based in India. When you order from wearonesense.com, we act as the data controller for the personal information you share with us.

2. What We Collect

• Contact & delivery details: name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address.
• Order data: what you bought, size, quantity, payment method (not full card numbers — those go straight to Razorpay/Stripe), order status, and any notes you add.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, referrer — captured through cookies and standard web logs.
• Communications: emails and messages you send us, and our replies.

3. How We Use It

• To process and deliver your order (name, address, phone are shared with our shipping partner strictly for delivery).
• To send you order confirmations, shipping updates, and — only if you opt in — occasional drop announcements.
• To improve our website and understand what our customers actually love.
• To meet our legal obligations (tax records, GST filings, fraud prevention).

4. Who We Share It With

• Payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe) — to securely process your payment. They comply with PCI-DSS standards.
• Shipping partners (e.g. Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, India Post) — to deliver your order.
• Email service providers (e.g. Resend) — to send transactional emails and, if you subscribed, newsletters.

If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date. Big changes will also be announced via email or on our homepage.
